Our Foundation
Traditional development consultancy often leaves institutions with thick reports that gather dust on shelves or compliance-heavy monitoring systems that burden teams without informing leadership. Research is too often detached from programmatic reality, while project management is frequently disconnected from technical evidence.
Thorn Consulting Ltd was established in Kampala to change that formula. We are an African-built advisory practice combining methodological rigour with executive delivery management.
